Adept Dental Group - A Practice Defined By Excellence is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our established private practice in Bakersfield, CA.

We are a patient-centered practice focused on providing high-quality, conservative dentistry in a warm and welcoming environment. Our ideal dentist is compassionate, personable, and committed to building lasting relationships with patients.

Compensation & Schedule

• 33% of collections
• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Every other Friday: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
• No evenings or weekends
• Partnership opportunity available

Clinical Opportunity

This position is focused on routine general dentistry . There is no requirement to perform endodontics or oral surgery. You'll have the flexibility to provide the procedures you enjoy and are comfortable treating while focusing on excellent patient care.
